The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with an exciting tech business who have recently listed on the NYSE. Our client is involved in the collation of data and analytics for the professional sports leagues globally, including the Premier League and all the Major League sports in the USA.
They are looking for a SOX Manager to join their team and oversee the implementation and maintenance of US SOX. The role will involve the line management of 1 SOX Specialist, but this team is likely to expand to 3/4 heads in time.
Day to day work will involve controls implementation and testing and providing assurance to the business and shareholders that the internal controls framework is entirely SOX compliant.
Our client would love to find someone who is excited about working in tech or sports (or both!) and has a very good understanding of SOX from both an implementation and internal audit perspective.
Given the nature of the role, Big 4 experience is essential here and this could be a great job for someone looking to utilise their management consultancy experience full time with an interesting client.
