The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company are recruiting for an exciting Senior Internal Auditor role in a FTSE 250 engineering business within the automotive industry. The opportunity is available due to growth in the internal audit function and will be a visible role within the organisation.
This is a key role within the business, assisting the internal audit team with the completion of the annual plan. With a focus on both financial and operational audits across this global business, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified auditor (ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent) to join a business at a time of growth with proven opportunities for career progression.
Experience requirement:
· ACA, ACCA, CIA Qualified (or equivalent).
· Strong internal audit and risk management experience (candidates with an external audit background will be considered).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Proven organizational and time management skills; the ability to manage multiple project and keep to deadlines.
· Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
Desired experience
· Big 4 / Top 10 accountancy firm experience.
· Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
Salary / Benefits
· Up to £60,000 DOE + bonus and benefits package.
· Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and a drivers license.
