The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been exclusively mandated by a growing Top 10 professional services firm to recruit a Financial Services Assistant Manager in London. You will become part of an expanding, personable and technically minded team, and report to senior management.
This team works with a plethora of financial services clients across banking, building societies and insurance, as examples and have multimillion accounts to work on. This role offers the opportunity to lead on operational and business audits as well as deliver them. Furthermore, you will be responsible for improving the controls environment by identifying core issues and providing solutions. You can also expect to use or develop skills in credit risk, quality assurance, market abuse, risk management and financial crime.
You will be a technically minded internal auditor with a relevant qualification such as the ACA/ACCA/CIIA (or equivalent). It is crucial to have experience working in a Top 15 accountancy firm or a financial services institution. You are required to have at least 3-4 years of internal audit experience and be comfortable working on multiple projects and taking a leading role. It is also advantageous if you have experience in MiFiD and CASS audits.
