​Matt graduated from Roehampton University with a BA in history and moved to Australia which was where he first worked in recruitment. 

Matt joined The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in October 2015 and built their Public Practice team, working with the Big 4, Top 10 and Top 20 consultancy firms, placing internal audit, IT audit and risk advisory professionals into their  industry & commerce, public sector, NFP and financial services teams.

Matt's relationship management skills and natural leadership style were quickly recognised by our clients and indeed by ourselves making him a natural choice to help us launch and build our Tax & Treasury Recruitment Specialists brand.

Following a successful 2 years building our Tax & Treasury Recruitment Brand, Matt has come full circle and now manages Audit & Risk Recruitment's London and Home Counties team.

Outside of work Matt is kept very busy with his young family, as well as lamenting on Reading football club’s latest setback.
