The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are delighted to be partnering with a boutique practice firm who boast an enviable reputation in the local market. Being one of the dominant players in West London, we are looking for a Senior Manager/Director (depending on experience) to help grow the existing audit and assurance portfolio.
As the successful candidate you will be managing a small dedicated team and be responsible for signing off reports as the firms RI and work across and build the firms statutory audit and acquisition due diligence practice. The current client base is typically owner managed businesses in a range of sectors, but they do boast interesting media related clients and large NFP’s.
Working predominantly in the West London area the firm has fostered a collaborative approach to its work across the firm and has put an emphasis on work/life balance with a relaxed office environment and employees working from when appropriate to do so. The managing partner has ambitions to drive the firm onwards and build on its recent successes and is the reason for this hire.
As the successful candidate you will have been a Responsible Individual at your current/last place of work and be authorised to sign off on client’s accounts. You are likely to have practice experience and hold a CCAB qualification. This could suit someone who is ambitious, possesses managerial experience and has a little flair but does not want to work in the hierarchal nature of the larger firms.
