The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with one of the largest law firms in the world. Our client is in the process of building a best-in-class Enterprise Risk Management team. They've hired 2 and are looking for a 3rd member to complete the headcount. The firm wants to make Enterprise Risk a key part of its strategic decision making process and is determined to hire the best Enterprise Risk talent in London.
Day to day work will include meeting with senior figures throughout the business - Lawyers, IT and Cyber Security, HR, Finance, Operations, Health & Safety etc. - to understand the business inside out. You will get to know all there is to know about the Risk that the firm faces and put measures in place to mitigate against it, utilising the firm's Risk tools and framework. Through your work you will make sure that the business is best equipped to face Risk and use your understanding of Risk to create Opportunities for the firm.
We are looking for someone who's worked in an Enterprise Risk team before, preferably with a top management consultancy. Ideally, you will have worked with Industrial or Commercial clients as opposed to Financial Services. You should enjoy using your communication skills and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
