The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company is recruiting an IT Audit Manager on behalf of a global technology organisation with hugely ambitious plans over the next couple of years to grow its already extensive product offering.
There are also big growth plans for the IT Audit function and this role provides you the opportunity to help spearhead this growth and develop a team. From a corporate audit & risk perspective, they already have an established global function, and you will be reporting into a Head of Audit, also based in the Wiltshire office.
In brief, this is a leadership post, and you will be responsible for mobilising the IT audit plan and capability and managing the co-source, so you can make a real and immediate impact.,
You can expect to gain a unique insight into the Group and extensive exposure to senior level, IT and technology stakeholders (including C-suite), and you will provide assurance and lead audits across a variety of domains such as cyber security, cloud technology, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and change management.
Given this broad variety, you will be experienced in IT Internal audit, and because of the level of stakeholder engagement and responsibility of driving the IT audit plan, you will already be operating as a manager. Additionally, you may come from a practice firm or another in-house internal audit function, but you will be experienced operating within large, complex, and commercial environments, possess the ability to the influence and communicate across levels, and thrive operating within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
Another component of the role you will be to develop and implement an approach to using data analytics in internal audits (corporate and IT), so any data analytics skills would be beneficial too.
