The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) is working with a market-leading FTSE100 Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business based in Berkshire. They are hiring an Internal Audit Manager into their senior leadership team to help growth and development of the EMEA team and you will be able to travel across the region (up to 30%) while enjoying flexible working in the UK (2-3 times in the office).
The Internal Audit Manager will be part of the Internal Audit team and reporting to the Director. The main responsibilities will involve managing the audit cycles and key stakeholders across the business and across multiple geographies, as well as junior members of staff. This role will provide an array of projects, ranging from financial and operational audits to process assurance as well as trade-related projects. You will gain great audit committee exposure and fantastic career progression opportunities as well as a chance to shape the future of internal audit within this highly impressive diverse team.
It is a great role for an enthusiastic internal auditor with around 5 years’ experience who is looking to take their career to the next level. To be considered, the below are preferred:
- A relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIA/CIMA etc.) is essential.
- At least 5yrs of external and/or internal audit experience in corporate environments (no financial services).
- Experience in leading audits and teams for at least a year.
- Experience working on audits across multiple regions (especially EMEA) is advantageous but not essential.
