The Audit and Risk Recruitment Company is recruiting a Head of Audit and Consultancy of behalf of a well known Charity organisation for a 12 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team for a fixed term contract for 12 months. The Charity is one of the premier organisations that provides audit and consultancy services to organisations on a global scale, and are well-known for their reputable products.
The Head of Audit and Consultancy will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to grow the audit and consultancy product and services, ensuring that they are fit for current and future market / customer needs, as well as in accordance with relevant technical requirements and standards.

Therefore, delivering efficient, cost-effective audits and consultancy products and services to the highest global standards is essential to this role.
The successful Head of Audit and Consultancy will:

Have proven experience in strategically leading audit and consultancy functions as well as be hands-on in managing the day to day operational and technical requirements

Have board level experience and high technical knowledge in health, safety, environmental and wellbeing

Be commercially focused and able to engage and communicate with range of multi-national stake holders, taking any culture differences into consideration

Be confident in dealing with high level personnel from various organisations such as CEOs, Directors and Senior Managers with different backgrounds and values

Be able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines and focus on multiple projects and products

Have a high level of resilience and adopt a can-do attitude when facing any challenges

Able to provide inspirational leadership and work well with a team of two highly technical and competent direct reports, associates as well as our senior management team.
This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and requires national & international travel.
