The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been mandated by a Top 10 accounting firm in London to recruit a Risk Advisory Senior Manager into their Financial Services team to focus on Credit Risk. This is a role for an experienced Manager who would be working alongside senior management and driving the vision of the team.
As an experienced manager you can expect to be the lead on projects as well as be responsible for developing and managing junior members of the team. You will be a crucial part of the team as you would be managing the relationships of the client portfolio (insurance, asset management, Tier 1 banks as well as challenger banks). You would focus on various internal audit services, controls and regulatory assurance work with a focus on credit risk and its varied products (trade finance, commercial lending and retail lending). One particular area of focus would be the ‘skilled person’ reviews and the remediation of your clients’ credit risk issues.
It is crucial to demonstrate a broad skillset across credit risk and its products as well understanding of the processes, regulations and governance associated with credit risk. You would also show experience working with the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and internal audit experience from an accounting firm or a financial services institution.
