You will also oversee the Monitoring team and develop strategy for Monitoring, line managing two Compliance Monitoring Managers. Another facet of the role will be to oversee a new Data Analytics capability for the new Compliance function. Whilst you don't need to be a technical expert, you should understand the value-add of data driven analysis and be able to guide two direct reports in Data Analytics.

The ideal candidate must have experience of leading Compliance Investigations for a highly regulated business. This will preferably be in Pharmaceuticals, but possibly the Scientific, Medical, Oil & Gas or Mining sectors. You will have extensive knowledge of the global regulatory landscape, particular the US and UK. You will have extensive knowledge of compliance risk areas such as healthcare compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, trade sanctions and data privacy. You will be a highly effective communicator and must have perfect written and oral English language skills.
