The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with a privately owned, multinational Pharmaceutical business with offices in London and Cambridge, although location is not critical to employment. Our client has been going through a period of change and is in the process of building a world class Global Compliance and Ethics function. The Chief Compliance Officer has made a number of key strategic hires already, and the successful applicant will be a part of this exciting project.

They are now recruiting for a candidate with experience in developing policies, training and communications for Ethics and Compliance. Key responsibilities will include the design and development of a Compliance policy framework, including the Code of Conduct, Global Policies and Procedures, Quick Reference Guides, Local Rules and Standard Operating Procedures. You will achieve this in a user-friendly and accessible fashion, utilising your excellent copywriting skills. As well as this, you will be responsible for creating content for training workshops and presentations (e-learning, online training etc), to educate the broader business on matters of ethics and compliance, with regards to issues such as Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy and Trade Sanctions. You will partner closely with Compliance, HR and the Legal department to help ensure that there is an optimal level of education within the business with regards to Compliance and Ethics.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the design and development of policies, training, and communications materials for a large corporation. Preferably, you will have designed and written policy for the Compliance function of a Pharmaceuticals business. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of adult learning methodologies and preferably an education or certification in instructional design. You must have mastery of written English, and this will be tested at interview stage. Please apply for more information.
