The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) has been mandated by a Big 4 to recruit an Audit Senior to join the London office and report to senior management. Joining the Core Assurance team will see you work with large and complex corporate clients and have an opportunity to work on international accounts and travel across Europe and the Midlands in the UK as well as take advantage of secondment opportunities.
As an Audit Senior you will be client-facing and conducting audits of financial statements and work around internal controls, compliance and corporate governance. You will be an important player as you will also help clients with adaptation and implementation of new standards. You can expect to work with clients across investment property, apartment buildings and other clients such as warehouses, hospitals, hotels, developers and infrastructure. This firm has the biggest practice in this area of any accounting firm.
To be successfully considered for the Senior Auditor position you will be ACCA/ACA qualified and working for a Top 30 professional services firm. A background in IT and corporate sectors would be beneficial, however, most importantly you will have strong experience in external audit and financial reporting. Having familiarity with applying US/UK GAAP, IFRS and SOX 404 are desirable.
