Tom studied Political Science at the University of Leeds, securing a 2:1 with honours. After graduation, he began a career in recruitment, initially specialising in placing software developers and business analysts with top investment banks.

Tom joined The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company in 2015 and is currently in charge of growing our 2nd line of defence offering. He is focussed on finding the best candidates in Risk Management, Internal & Financial Controls, Compliance and SOX, and placing them into FTSE 100 & 250 sized businesses.

Outside of work, Tom is the drummer in a rock band and will happily discuss the latest drama unfolding at Arsenal FC.
